Mistake repeats itself.. I felt bad for all the characters.. If only the emperor is not that stupid to believe about the rebellion of the duke, if only he had given the duke a chance to explain himself, the story will not be like this.. I understand now the statement of yuwen yue.. chu qiao must be regretful now.. 🙁 suddenly I got an idea that maybe the ending will be the death of all the characters in the battlefield.. why do i feel like yuwen yue’s prediction are all correct..

I really don’t understand why the two crazy bitches are blaming everything on innocent xing’er first princess then concubine

    • Mfale

To me it looks like they can’t blame the man who else could they blame ? so all their frustrations and anger is channeled towards poor Xinger, its just pure jealousy, for Princess the man she loves prefers Xinger and for Concubine was Luo He daughter she protected is alive and her baby had died because she’s praying to her master Luo He to protect her baby due her saving Chu, when she was young,as you know Yuewen Huai killed her baby and Luo He did not protect her baby, Xinger had to die.

Yeah this drama was fun, but it looks like it going to be all downhill from here. Drama’s are interesting when the lesser characters stories are adjacent to the leads. Now almost every character is focused on CQ, and there are no real side stories.

Chun’er was gang raped so her losing her mind and focusing on CQ is understandable,.
But that concubine was a real stretch. She has been under YH’s thumb for a while, and there was no reason for him to kill her child since she told him the information. He didn’t even know if there was a real connection between her and CQ and the kidnapping and murder were power plays that had nothing to do with CQ. Plus there was no reason why she didn’t tell her husband where her son was. She didn’t even have to say the baby was kidnapped, just that he was visiting. That would’ve kept her child safe and made YH return him, because he could not openly defy the King and kill his son. The concubine she be focused on killing YH and wanting to team up with CQ since they have a common enemy.

      • Roh Laren

I agree. The killing of the royal concubine’s child was arbitrary. Not saying anything about it to anyone was a senseless move on the concubines part since she had the ear and bed of the King. She could have had that YH instantly killed, but in her insanity of the murder of her child, she blames the ‘ghost’ of CQ’s mother for not protecting her child…hence, she wants to kill CQ!
Now, it does seem like this drama has moved from a plausible to fantasy, because, seriously, the entire cast, no matter who side they are on, is after CQ, the slave who got away! The list of who is at fault is a short one in my book, but… she can’t kill the King now can she?… This drama is on the slippery slope, and I truly hope it doesn’t slide into the ‘very predictable’ pit ‘let’s just wrap this up nice & neat’ and get outta here!

  • Mfale

Prince Yan from the happy, fun and loving person his transformation to real bad ass ,well i know some will disagree, but i got to say he looked so… hot when he the party and his manly deep voice i was just in awe. hehehe

  • SweetM

WOW…just WOW!! Bitches be crazy….spoiled princess is not in love she is obsessed to the point of madness. Concubine has her little prince, but a “horrible” secret past no one can know about. Human nature working here in the script, princess and concubine can’t wrap their heads around the fact that their own behavior and decisions consequently led them to their own hell. They are so wrapped up in themselves, desires/loss that they are in denial and simply cannot deal with consequences…much easier to blame someone else. In their minds Prince Yan wouldn’t have rebelled if he didn’t have a relationship with Chu Qiao and the little Prince wouldn’t have died if Chu hadn’t killed Yuwen Huai. SMH looking forward to watching the rest…

  • MidnightShadow

The actor who plays ywy’s personal body guard, Yue Qi (I think that’s his name), is handsome. Anyways, I really hope stupid princess doesn’t kill Chu Qiao in the end. Not Chu Qiao’s fault for stupid princess situation.
