I love this drama it is getting better and better as we are heading towards the end.
I think Xu Si Bai is “S” he was able to free himself from the bomb so easily and then was really angry that Bai Jin Xi did not choose to save him over Zhou Xiao.

I totally agree with you.. I think He was also testing Bai to see where her loyalty lies and he is going to begin to show his real ‘evil’ self..just saying….

      • ZeeD

        Absolutely agree!

I thought it was him since episode one because he has such a clean face… like so perfect and symmetrical in appearance (of course the actors features help a bit, but he is so clean cut methodical in his whole look, speech and mannerisms)… everything is so precise, that I thought from the begining only him could be the mastermind.

I thought he was weird and looked almost mechanical. The actor is handsome and he is Korean, but it is the first time I’ve seen him. Supposedly he had an unknown role in “Love Rain” but I don’t remember him.

          • lorelai

hm, korean huh? never saw him before. At least mechanical fits his character, idk what the hell the actor playing Han Chen is doing but he looks like a disconnected robot staring into the void most of the time. This cdrama deserved a better actor and so did the leading lady who is great. when you compare him to W allace Huo or Wang Kai in the other ding mo leading roles, it is even more blatant what it could have been. Having read the three novels, up until translation ofc, Han Chen is much more emotional than the other two but still cool and rational… nothing like this portrayal. What is weird is that i like him in love o2o with his petty character… BTW Zee, I don’t think I can watch the king’s woman with you… it seems chinese history says that was some really messed up ruler so tragedy is probably on the way there and I don’t do tragedy… I unwind with dramas but tragedy ruins my mood to work and study… heartbreak is distracting… I’m really sorry, and being part or your funny bickering sounds awesome, so please do remember to ask me again in a lighter drama… I’ll gladly be your watching partner then… maybe a taiwanese drama, like the one starting about the fertility problem frypan seller girl?

His name is Li Jiang or Li Geng.

I agree with you the drama needed actors that are power houses like Wallace Huo , Sandra Ma, Wang Kai and Olivia Wang. The reason which I think this drama was not as popular as its predecessors, the other problem was they changed the production company and so Memory Lost has a different feel from the other two. Nevertheless it is a good story and I think the actors have done a good job. I also think Yu Bai did a great job in “Love 020”
About “The King’s Woman” it is a very good drama, the main story is a love story between a woman and the King. As far as we know she is a fictional character as history tells us the first Emperor never made anyone a Queen. As it is a melodrama with romance and some history facts thrown in there is bound to be some tragedy and many wars, but right now the drama is not focusing on that. I understand if you don’t want to watch it.

The Taiwanese dramas are good at having lovey dovey funny romance that are at times even corny, but I like them because they feel light. I will recommend “Love Actually” with Joe Chen the 2017 version I watched all six episodes last night as Joe Chen never disappoints. I also watched “Memory Love” it is very similar to Kdrama “Falling For Innocence”. “Attention Love” with Joanne Tseng and Chiu Prince.

Ooh, Love Actually… I haven’t checked it out because I have flashbacks of my love hate relationship with the british/american movie with the same title… I love the movie, but they turned my people into kissing weirdos as a joke and that really got under my skin… I mean, part of the cast was from my country, how come none of those actors told the director we don’t do that. I’m not offended with the movie, just annoyed, mostly at my compatriots though.
I’ll check them out. I like Joe Chen. I loved Falling for innocence for the male lead (seen more than one not so great dramas because he is in it and I love him) and for Wendy and the secretary… the female lead was a bit too cold and distant for me though.

“Love Actually”the British/American collaboration movie is my favorite Holiday movie to watch. It was meant to be funny and corny with that British sense of humor.
Jung Kyung Ho is one of my favorite Korean actors, but I have not seen all of his work like “Cruel City” and most recent “Missing Nine”. I also love Kim So Yeon (so glad she married another favorite of mine Lee Sang Woo) and I also like Yoon Hyun Min I wish he would get a leading role. Kyung Ho and Hyun Min are best friends in real life.

Memory Lost – 美人为馅

When in the presence of strangers, Han Chen was always handsome and cold, making it difficult for others to get close to him. He was like the frosted snow – pure, and slightly chilly. Yet, he was also like the river flowing in the dark night – quiet and moving. To many, he was akin to an unequalled and untouchable god.

Only in the presence of Bai Jin Xi would this famous top police superintendent expose his deeply hidden shameless nature .

“Come and sit nearer to me, I won’t eat you. At least, not now.”

“I have never touched other women before. Do you want to check my body?”

“Bai Jin Xi, never ever leave my side. Every year, every month, every moment, every minute, every second.”

In his heart, there exists an obstinate old man – one who has tirelessly loved her throughout all these years.
